About Viewing Open Scheduler Appointments

Appointments can include instructor office hours, group presentation time slots, lunch with an alumnus, or other time slots. If you do not see any open scheduler appointments, don’t worry, your instructor might not be using this tool.

Finding an Appointment

1. 1. Select the 'Calendar' Icon from the Global Navigation bar.
  2. In the sidebar, click the 'Find Appointment' button.
  3. Select the course in the drop down that you want to search.
  4. View the appointments available for the course. Faded time slots mean the time slot has been taken by someone else.

Reserving an Appointment

1. 1. In the calendar, click the time slot you want to reserve.
  2. The appointment window shows the appointment time, calendar, and details.
  3. If you want to leave any comments for your instructor, you can type them in the Comments box. Select 'reserve' to sign up for that time slot.
  4. Once you have reserved a time slot, the time slot fades in the calendar.
  5. When finished making reservations, click the 'close' button.
